Refund policy
Exchanges and returns are welcome within 30 days of the date of purchase for all order except those sold on promo or on sale. The exchanged/returned item/s must be returned in their original packaging aswell as be in their original condition. Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used when purchasing. The cost of the return courier to us is at the customers cost.
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR RETURN OR REFUND REQUEST:
- Pop us an email (mommyandmekids@gmail.com) with your order number/ invoice attached as well as your reasoning for refund/return. Please include images where necessary. We will confirm all information with you regarding collecting of your item/s.
- Please ensure you pack up your item/s in their original packaging. Ensure it is packed in such a way to avoid damages. Items that are returned back damaged, will not be refunded/replaced.
- Once Mommy and Me has received your return and all requirements have been met, we will notify you and advise on the refund/exchange process.
