Shipping policy

Mommy and Me has a flat rate of R120 for all orders. We do our best to ensure that items for delivery or sent out ASAP. Please allow 3-5 working days for all areas as once couriers take on parcels, it is out of our hands. As we are based in Pietermaritzburg, orders going out to close by areas tend to take much quicker.

Once orders are collected by the relevant courier, we will notify you with all the details. If your order is not received within the 5 working days, please let us know so that we can intervene. 

If you are in need of your order urgently, please communicate this to us via email so that we can action your request.
